perfectionist in his craft. Residing in Black Forest, South Australia, he produces his guitars in a climate-controlled
environment, critical for the stability of the finished instrument. A
guitarist himself, David ensures that each instrument is created from a
player's perspective. His Guitars have an excellent tone and sustain.
The impressive volume and outstanding playability boasted by David's
Guitars are evident from the first note played. David has a background
in Tool Making and Experimental Engineering.

has provided him with valuable skills in exploring and testing new
ideas, and the precision hand skills essential for a Luthier to produce
quality workmanship.
David Argent, being a Luthier of exceptional skill and insight, has
quickly
established a reputation both locally & internationally for the
high quality of his instruments. David ensures the humidity is stable
and consistent during the assembly process of each instrument. He
selects only well aged and seasoned timbers in the production of
his instruments. Each step of the machining and assembly process is
performed by David personally, within the strictly controlled
environment of his own workshop.
